After attending Le Cordon Bleu and receiving Le Grand Diplôme, I have gone onto work in some of the best restaurants in the world with some of the top chefs, including Pierre Koffmann, and Elena Arzak. I create unique, beautiful and flavourful products for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, or sweet cravings!

Cakes by Christina Brierwood is based in West London. Most allergies and dietary restrictions can be catered for.
